Wah wah waaaaahhhh - I gained a bit this week. Not so bad though - only 2 ounces - which is, according my my Leader, maintenance gain (i.e. when you're less than 3 ounces it's just a body fluctuation). I'm cool with that explanation, but I know it could totally be the fact that I had quite a bit of wine and cupcakes on Saturday night.
Another issue: tracking! As you can see, I didn't track all week or track all my meals, so that's happening this week. Call me out in the comments next week if I don't!
Today's weight
loss gain: .2 lbs
Total weight loss: 3.2
Pounds left to lose: 26.8

Yay! Glad I found your blog Sarah! Josh and I have also upped our workouts - he's trying to lose 20 and I'm trying to lose 7-10 - so we'll have to do something that involves more moving around and less beer sometime. Although I really like beer. And Mexican food.
Mmm Mexican food!
All I have to say to a 2 oz weight gain is this: doesn't muscle weigh more than fat??? (P.S. I FINALLY made it to the gym this week. Will have to spend the rest of my life on the treadmill.)
True that PunkRizz - muscle is heavier! Hopefully heavier than cupcakes ;o)
And you go girl!! I hate the treadmill so much for some reason - I admire you for getting on there and making it your life partner!
Stick at it Sarah. We're all cheering for you!
I just signed up for weight watchers and I think you may have been part of my motivation!! So is my mum. We got an email at work about a work WW program starting up next Monday lunchtime so I thought, why not. I'll give it a try. I want to lose 10-15 lbs.
YAY JessB!! I love Weight Watchers and doing it at work is a great way to stay in the program - we had it at my old job and it was so easy to pop in to the meeting, weigh in and go back to my desk if I needed to. Sooo convenient!
And thank you so much - this blog is the big thing that's keeping me motivated! Knowing I have to post stats once a week gives me the accountability needed to not stuff cupcakes in my face all day long. 'Cause I totally would.
