Yay! I lost some weight again! After a couple of weeks back to my normal diet, I seem to be getting back to where I was before.
This week I will focus on tracking every day, adding in more healthy recipes and limiting eating out to 2 - 3 meals instead of, you know, every freakin' meal!
Lost this week: 1.8 lbs
Pounds lost so far: 3.6 lbs
Pounds left to lose: 24.6 lbs

Yay! Goodbye weight-gain train, hello...umm....weight-loss light aircraft? Good luck with your healthy recipes/less eating out goal - if my husband didn't cook me all my dinners I would definitely be eating out every meal (spoilt I know but who can be bothered cooking when you could be sewing?). Hello!! I like this husband cooking business - where can I sign mine up to learn how to cook? I would let him try now but he recently subbed cucumbers for zucchini in a recipe and it was nasty!
